Recover, a pioneering materials science company focused on sustainable fibre innovation, has unveiled its first garments crafted entirely from recycled cotton fibres at its newly launched Vietnam facility. In a collaborative effort with Berlin-based Dawn Denim, known for its dedication to ethical production and transparency, this debut collection redefines eco-conscious fashion.

Set for a Spring/Summer 2026 launch, the denim line combines high-performance fibre blends with Recover’s recycled cotton, sourced from post-Industrial Textile waste in Vietnam. The innovative approach replaces conventional cotton, delivering remarkable environmental benefits including up to 99.9% less water usage and a reduction of CO2 emissions by up to 93%, according to Recover’s Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) data verified by EcoReview.

The collection features standout designs such as Celestial, a slim-flared women’s jean; Callisto, a classic denim jacket; and Sunset, a slim-fit women’s jean, all produced in Vietnam under the Dawn Denim x Recover partnership. By utilizing locally produced recycled cotton, the collaboration enhances circularity in fashion, streamlines development timelines, and demonstrates the potential of regional supply chain integration.

The launch was accompanied by a visually striking campaign captured inside Recover’s Vietnam factory, highlighting the intersection of industrial design and sustainable textile innovation. This partnership not only introduces a new chapter in eco-conscious denim but also showcases how forward-thinking collaborations can blend style, performance, and environmental responsibility.

The Vietnam-produced denim collection signals a meaningful step toward scalable sustainable fashion, where recycled fibres become the foundation for high-quality, responsibly produced garments, appealing to both style-conscious and eco-aware consumers.
